Tell us what interrupts normal use
Describe an intermittent warning, rough running or loss of response in the context of your usual journeys. Include whether the vehicle is normally loaded and whether the concern has changed over time.
Keep the maintenance record
Previous valve, cooler or related engine work can alter the investigation. Send the reports you have and explain what happened afterwards. A recorded EGR code is a starting clue, not confirmation of the repair.
Discuss faults before more torque
If you also want engine calibration, keep the unresolved concern at the beginning of the brief. Gearbox behaviour, load and servicing remain relevant, but a tuning target should not replace the diagnostic question.
